The room looks exactly like the posted photos of the website. The water pressure in the shower is very good. The queen size bed is actually big enough to fit my husband and me. Normally when they say a queen size bed, it is actually a full size. Not at the Coce Hotel. The front desk staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, going beyond to make us feel comfortable. Hotel staffs are friendly and polite. They always say hello and welcome to us. The hotel courtyard is so cute, and very clean.

The parking!!! Just because you paid for the hotel parking, it doesn’t always mean you can find a spot. Luckily the front desk staff allowed us to park in the EV chargers and didn’t tow our car. They let us sleep through the night. Then they called our room in the morning to move to an available spot. The parking situation is a tipping point that we could be hesitated to book again. However, again, the front desk ladies that night and in the morning were very nice and had a great customer service skill that may change our decision in the future.
