It was pleasantly nice decorated.

One exit - I would prefer to have minimum two exits from the hotel. I like easy access. I had to go all the way around from the parking lot to the front door to get to my room which was way in the back.

"A Hidden Oasis"

The front desk staff was excellent & professional, Veronica knew us (our family last name) by name which made it feel more welcoming. Fran was the best!! Went above & beyond to make you feel at home! Such a wonderful person to have on your team!! The place felt very secure and was close to everything! Dont let the poor reviews mislead you're decision. This will definitely be our go to next time out there!

The only thing we found that we did not like, was the outdoor crew would not clean up, as in wipe down their patio tables or chairs from all the people who stayed up late and left a mess around the pool or seating areas. We couldnt go out and eat our breakfast or enjoy our coffee with the mess still there. They got around to it, but after a while rather than first thing in the morning when they were there around the immediate area.
