Nice Yurt Camp

Le cadre est splendide. La personne en charge du camp était tres bien, tres sympa, disponible, serviable et attentive. Excellente cuisine avec peu de materiel. Bravo!

Rien, mais il y a eu un petit malentendu / au taxi reservé par le propriétaire depuis Sarry mogol qui devait nous redescendre.

Per arribar a la yurta i tornar a Sary-Mogul cal arrenjar un taxi i és car. Millor assegurar-se com arribar i com tornar i tenir clares les condicions

Otoczenie, lokalizacja. Właściciel ułatwił dojazd z Sary Mogul i z powrotem. Trzymał kontakt i próbował rozwiązywać problemy ale nie zawsze się to udawało.

Amatorskie podejście obsługi, słabe wyposażenie, brak stołu wewnątrz i na zewnątrz jurty, problemy z WiFi. Niskiej jakości posiłki. Mała dostępność wody do mycia. Nie ma baru.

It was such a nice place, that I ended up extending my stay. The yurt camp is at 20km from Sary Mogul, close to Lenin peak base camp, in an absolute superbe setting. It felt like a fairytale. The hosting family was so kind, they really helped me with everything. I was working remotely so they helped me with a SIM card that had full signal up there and they even found a generator for me to have electricity to charge my laptop. They also helped me with organizing a short trip to see a traditional wedding representation and helped me arrange transportation forward. I am forever greatful for the kindness I experienced here!

A great traditional yurt camp. Nothing like newer yurts with modern facilities, but like a yurt should be. Heating by Yak-poop, endless tea and a colourful place. The owners are super helpful and caring. There even is WiFi is needed. Please stay small-scale like you are!

The backdrop is already breathtaking but the Nice Yurt Camp adds conviviality and warmth thanks to Turdubay and his wife's carefulness!

We stayed for 6 nights in at Nice Yurt Camp. We really liked it. It’s an opportunity to really go offline and relax. The family is very friendly and helpful. They serve food which is great and there is a small shop where you can buy simcards, snacks and drinks.They can arrange taxi’s to the camp (from Osh/Sary Mogul) we used this service as we were dependent and didn’t have our own transport. The owner speaks English, which is very helpful and not really common in Kyrgyzstan. We liked the horse riding tour which they can organize for you.

If you are here longer, bring a battery / power-bank. When the sun is not out, there isn’t a lot of energy from the solar panels to charge your devices. We didn’t mind though. Note: next year there will be electricity from the network.
