What a special place. The whole team were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have hoped for more! On realising we didn’t have a restaurant booked for new year on the day we arrived they went above and beyond to find us somewhere for dinner, and it ended up being so perfect. Breakfast was incredible every day, and the building itself is so stunningly renovated. Our room was incredible with our own private roof terrace. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay!

One of the loveliest rooms we have stayed in . Absolutely beautiful design and very comfortable common areas in a really accessible location , near shops and restaurants. The bed and shower were outstanding and all the little artistic touches made it truly special. I loved the lighting and the breakfast was delicious. The yummy snacks and tea every afternoon and for us to take on our trip were very much appreciated.

There was a distinct smell in the room which bothered us at first. And the noise outside is part of the whole atmosphere, but some people may struggle with it

I loved the architecture of this property- uniquely designed with gorgeous plants and crockery. The staff, Abdel, was so friendly and the family who owns the riad was kind and present during our stay.

There was some noise from the street that made it hard to sleep at times since we needed the windows open for air flow, but I am a light/poor sleeper anyway so it may not bother others. Otherwise, it was a relatively quiet street compared to other areas in Essaouria.

Très bel établissement au cœur de la médina . Beaucoup de charme et très belle décoration. Un accueil très attentionné et un service au petit soin par la propriétaire et sa famille . Excellent petit dejeuner maison . À recommander sans hésitation.

La mezzanine pour le lit difficile d’accès pour des personnes plus âgées :pas de rampe d’escalier … et marches étroites

A wonderful stay all around. Impeccable attention to detail and a knack for creating coziness. If ever we find ourselves in Essaouria again, we'll certainly be back.
