Brilliant friendly people. What an experience. Lifetime memory.location location location. Next to beach. Short walk to Mablethorpe on the promanaid. Excellent stay. Thank you to Rusty and all of the performers. Made us feel so welcome. What professionals.

Really spacious, Really Vintage, Few steps from beach, We really enjoyed circus show 😄

Bigger than expected

The place was not clean and the roof was leaking water as it was raining. There was spider webs everywhere especially bathroom. No clean duvet or the covers. Someone might have entered and ate food whilst we were out and left their chips and empty yogurt . There was a foul smell everywhere in the accommodation. Was scared sleeping there and there was no other accommodation that I could quickly book and stay . There was no heating or hot water. Tried to call the host but went voicemail and my phone had no battery the whole time so could not continue trying to reach the host

We didn't see u rusty at all..would have been nice if u had introduced yourself...only guessing but were u the ring master?

The uniqueness of the location and style of caravan. Good facilities and was a little home away from home with plenty of living space. The vip passes to the circus were loved by all and the show was fantastic.

Caravan was full of cobwebs and spiders on arrival so this scared the kids a bit. When heavy rain arrived small leak in bathroom and main bedroom and these were mentioned to the host.

The van was specious with everything you needed, the location was super, right next to the beach and about a 20 min. Walk along the seafront into Mablethorpe.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The trailer is spacious with everything you need and a very comfortable bed. The bottle of water in the fridge was very much appreciated. We went to see the show (free admission) and throughly enjoyed it! The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach and short drive to Mablethorpe. 10/10!
