Posizione ottima rispetto al centro della città. Ambienti puliti e moderni. Cucina non grande ma completa e abitabile. C'è una zona soggiorno arredata in modo essenziale (fattore per me positivo) con un divano che io ho trovato comodissimo; per chi ama guardare la tv è l'ideale, perché c'è un grande schermo a parete. Bagno spazioso.

L'appartamento non gode di un'ampia luce naturale: è al piano terra e due delle tre finestre sono abbastanza piccole.
