Art Apartment City Center Lj

It has everything you need, a very modern flat, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. It was very nice of the host to leave some water and beverages and even some food for guests in the fridge. The flat is in a basement of a building and the terrace mentioned in the description is not exactly a terrace, as it is underground with a glass ceiling and you cannot see anything. The location of the flat is great though for exploring the area.

The place is too dark as it's in the basement and it doesn't get proper daylight and because of this it's not a pleasant stay as it gets quite depressing without natural light. Because of this there are a bunch of lights (some really unnecessary) that get quite annoying to switch off and on (just too many lights and the remote doesn't always work, so one has to go around and see which switch is for what). The shower leaks water, as the door is not stopping the water completely from leaking outside. The entrance door although is supposed to be locked automatically, did not really, so we used the keys instead.

The apartment was very cozy, stylish, well kept, crystal clean.

Personally, I liked the fact that the apartment is located on the -1 floor, in fact, I felt very safe and secluded all the time. Nevertheless, some people might not like this. Also, Marco made a beautiful work with lightning granting the apartment a very warm atmosphere..

The place was truly amazing! Our host was very kind, always available when needed and left us many thinks in the fridge to drink. The service was very good!

The only point that was more difficult was to find a parking place in the street.

Great little apartment with so many amenities that the hosts have left for guests to use. I'm a host as well, and I was really impressed. I was a little skeptical when I first arrived, because we went down to a basement apartment and it looked sketchy. But once inside, it was new, modern, and had so many great touches. I never felt unsafe (as a single woman) nor did I ever hear any other tenants. Noises were minimal. The flat stays cool, even in extreme heat, but the AC mini split works well. There is indeed an outdoor space, but not really to sit out and enjoy. It's more of a smoker's or putting your laundry on the provided rack. There is street parking, but you're only allowed two hours max. But there is a parking garage half a block away that will offer you long-term stay (I stayed a week and the cost was 65 euros). The apartment is easily walkable to the city center and Ljubljana is a beautiful town.

They have the ability (nice big wall with electrical outlet) to install a flat screen tv across from the bed, and I really would have appreciated a tv.
