Great location. Clean and tidy.

There was no hot water for washing up in kitchen, or in the sink in the bathroom for washing. So had to keep boiling the kettle. This issue was reported but no reply was received back during our stay.

Lovely owner very helpful everything was provided for you washing up liquid tea coffee ect how ever as a dog friendly accommodation you couldn't go out on a night time unless someone stayed in as if the dog barked you would get as phone call which spoilt the say as you could not use the club house because of this reason Allso it can get very hot in dawlish warren so it's not nice for dogs to take dogs out all the time its a lovely place and as I said the owner was amazing but it's no good if you want to go out on a night when you have children as you have to stay in the property with your dog apart from this our holiday was lovely bed s comfortable close to everything

Not been able to go out on a night for a couple of hours to the club house as you were not allowed to leave your dog in the villa which I should have looked into it before booking but the owner of the property was really nice and only lives a couple of minutes away so if you need anything she is available at all times

The apartment was really well equipped and Leona the host was really friendly and helpful. It was also within walking distance to the beach. My grandchildren really enjoyed going to the club and using the pool and playing the crazy golf.

Unfortunately the mattress on the top bunk bed was really uncomfortable. We were ok as there was another single bed in the room that the kids could use but that is the only thing that let the apartment down.
