Great location, size of the apartment was spacious, the place was beautiful, well furnished and also well equipped. Very clean. Impressive place, one of the best places I’ve ever booked on Booking.com

The pool area had unsavoury characters, smoking weed and drinking alcohol and security did nothing about that when I complained.

"Value for money with perfect, safe and homely stay in perfect location."

Beautiful apartment, home away from home with all the necessary needs addressed. Perfectly located, safe and secure. Safe parking space and close to many amenities with shops within walking distance. Great choice for accommodation.

The securities made us all feel very uncomfortable. My husband and I were booked in for 2 days at the Protea hotel in SeaPoint before we checked into this establishment, were we had excellent service from the staff and securities. There was a distinct difference between the securities/reception staff. Please look at the staff you employed there.

"Great location, good value for money"

Great location, spacious apartment, safe place and parking. Great value for money

At checkout the security guy demanded for the coffee money (I don’t know for what, he did nothing except saying “hello”. Check in security guy was very pleasant and nice, he earned the tips). It was the only one unpleasant moment.

We had a wonderful experience at the Legacy Gem! The apartment is beautifully decorated and comes with all the amenities you would need during your stay. It was super cozy and comfortable, and we loved the outside seating area. It is also conveniently located near everything. The host and staff provided excellent service, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone.

There is nothing not to like.
