Phòng mới, rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, vị trí gần trung tâm rất tiện, có bãi đậu ô tô rộng rãi, và tầng hầm để xe rộng, có tivi thông minh, tủ đồ rất rộng rãi

Không có tủ lạnh. Bên trong phòng vẫn nghe thấy tiếng xe máy chạy vèo vèo (có thể do chưa đóng kín cửa sổ, chưa kiểm tra lại)
