"Pathetic management! Don't book unless you want to search hotels when you arrive at the location."

The owner said that the place was under maintenance and suggested checking other hotels. We ended by finding one costlier than this one and I paid it as it was last minute. I had my family and a toddler with me which made the situation really worse. Also, the property is very remote and it isn't easy to find the location.

They should have informed us well prior or they should have blocked that room when it is not available. Don't have to wait until we ask them about the exact location to check-in.
