"Very good"

The property was lovely well presented clean with ample room and excellent facilities'.Ideal location for us as we were visiting relatives .Close to Cliff castle to walk dog and enjoy coffee and cake at the cafe .

the check in process was long winded needed photo idea uploaded also security deposit was large amount wasnt expecting that.The key box code was messaged via the booking app but if you didnt have access to wifi didnt seem to be any other way no option to be texted code.

Clean, tidy, well equipped.

Only thing I would say is the sofa beds were not very comfortable. As there drop back down ones. So the chease down the middle is quite uncomfortable . Other than that all good

"The ony negative was the lack of heating, otherwise the stay was excellent..."

Everything bar the lack of heating.

Lack of heating was a problem, the central heating only came on for a few hours in the early hours. You had to rely on a single stand-alone heater the rest of the time. which was not very efficient.

"So much promise but fell short of expectations."

The location was great for what we needed. The building was modern. Parking space outside the property off the road. Christmas tree is a lovely touch! The host replied to messages straight away

The heating didn’t work in the lounge or kitchen /diner so property was very cold in living areas. The bathroom had broken tiles, painting flaking in hallway. The entire property just needs some TLC (presumably as it’s end of season) The kitchen was ill-equipped for a self catered property. Just expected a bit more for the premium price per night.
