The price

It is in a state of disrepair and needs a lot of TLC ,the pool was cloudy at best ? Very primitive even for the Philippines. The staff is very nice.

I love the food and space

It needs to update, clean a bit, maybe we were in the wrong season. But feel so relaxed.

The room that was given to us was outdated. The carpet has lot of stains, and even the towel that was given too us was too worn out. Not what we expected from a resort with a high score rating. We slept only for one night and checked out the next day which was supposed to be a five night stay.

a community kitchen would make this so much easier !! need to eat take away food of can order from restaurant !! as there is no cooking faculty's

It was wonderful staying in the hotel . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean,spacious and accessible to transportation and local SM mall. Amenities jacuzzi and sauna are on site. We did enjoyed our stay here. A good breakfast which caters for all nationality at affordable prices.

Location to centre and SM quiet area great place loved it everyday was good great staff. Secure Area and quiet near to SM and the bars are by SM
