Mar town house

The property was in a good location and great value for the price. It was well stocked.

Upon glance the property appeared clean; it wasn’t. While the toilet and kitchen were clean - it didn’t appear that the property had actually been cleaned between guests. There were stains all over the rugs and at least a hundred dead bugs throughout the property (10+ found on the nightstand next to the bed). There was also old food (Cheeto balls) under the bed. Our check in was for 3pm. Owner did not show up to the house until after 4pm despite repeatedly contacting her. She said oops sorry, forgot my phone. No offers of a late check out or anything. Annoying but no big deal. I communicated with her that I would be traveling with a service dog. Upon check-out she messaged me that I didn’t pay a pet fee and said I still charge for service dogs. I said Ma’am, you cannot issue any fees whatsoever for service dogs (unless your property has been destroyed - it hadn’t). I explained the ADA laws surrounding service dogs and accommodations for disabled people. She told me she follows her own laws and will be charging me. Completely inappropriate and her actions verged on harassment along with blatant violation of the American with Disabilities Act. Sorry, lady you don’t make your own laws.

Very clean and nice. Will book again

I love that this property it was very clean and neat with all the essentials. Towels, extra linen and blankets, coffee, tea, laundry detergent you name it the host provided it. Area was quiet and felt safe. And the host was very responsive.

No complaints, everything was nice definitely will be staying again.
