Literie inconfortable. Climatisation installée à l’entre qui coule et pour y remédier, l’accueil nous a installés un saut à champagne donc nous l’avons éteinte mais en pleine canicule, super!!!

"Med ett namn som "Grand Hôtel de vanelciennes" hade jag dock förväntat mig en högre standard."

Det var trevligt att hotellet hade en egen restaurang, vilket gjorde vistelsen smidig. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam, och det fanns möjlighet att parkera bilen i hotellets privata garage för 14 euro per natt. Rummet hade även AC, vilket var mycket uppskattat eftersom det var väldigt varmt under vår vistelse.

De gemensamma utrymmena gav ett gott första intryck, särskilt restaurangen och foajén. Men skicket på rummet levde inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna. Korridorerna och rummet kändes ganska slitna och i behov av uppfräschning. Vi upptäckte också några myror i rummet. Och frukosten var också en besvikelsen.
