Wir hatten das Glück von einem großen Zimmer mit großem Bad. Alles sauber und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Der Jacuzzi ist empfehlenswert, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich.

Dit was echt een prachtig neergezet hotel, klein maar kamers groot. En super leuk alles ingericht, super verblijf gehad. En de dames stuk voor stuk allemaal even aardig.

The property was so clean, smelled amazing, only 10 minutes from the airport, and it was beautiful and well kept. Absolutely loved it. The manager rafael is one of the best humans I have ever met in my entire life. If you ever choose to stay here, simply choose to because of her. Her hospitality, kindness, empathy and understanding is beyond anything I’ve ever met. She felt like a sister to me, not just a manager. I’ve truly been blown away by her, and if I ever visit the Azores it would simply be because of HER. Everything was a 10/10 , in fact, a 10000 out of 10. 100% book here without hesitation. Easy parking spot that is free as well.

Very beautiful hotel in a historic building. Rooms are clean and gorgeous, there’s a garden and hottub available. Staff is very attentive. Free parking around. Just 10 min from Ponta Delgada or the airport.

La struttura è spettacolare, grande e pulitissima. Le zone comuni sono sono la sala della colazione, la cucina (in cui si possono utilizzare solo alcune cose, le altre sono riservate allo staff), il terrazzo con jacuzzi e lettini e tutto il cortile dotato di tavolini, sedie e un'amaca. Il buffet della colazione è completo, offre varietà di colazione salata e dolce. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. L'ultimo giorno avevamo il volo molto presto e abbiamo chiesto la colazione al sacco che ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo in camera. La posizione non è centrale, è un po' fuori dal centro (10 minuti di macchina ma 1 ora a piedi), però con i taxi/uber ci si muove in fretta ed economicamente.

Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme und ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war mega lecker, besonders immer die frisch gebackenen Kuchen. Das Personal ist super nett, immer erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps für leckere Restaurants gegeben

Einzig die Lage unseres Zimmers direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße war störend, mit offenem Fenster schlafen geht gar nicht.
