What did I like: The easy check in was great. The friendly doorman. The fact that there is a gym in the building. The nice touch of bringing fresh towels on the third day of my stay. Washing machine. Communication was good.

My flight landed in the early morning, as I flew 13hours from Cyprus to Manila I asked if I could leave my luggage at their reception while I get a bite to eat and wait for 2pm check in time. The answer was that I should pay for this service. I couldn't sleep any of the nights I was there as it is super noisy from the street below The place was not that clean. It would have been nice to have some washing liquid for the washing machine. No duvet.only a sheet. Cosy? I wouldn't use that term...
