Reservei este alojamento por 1 noite, por ter uma escala longa e estar a viajar com o meu gato. Escolhi cuidadosamente um alojamento “pet friendly” e, ao fazer a reserva, mencionei nos pedidos especiais que viajava com o meu gato. Não tive qualquer tipo de resposta em relação a isso, mas tudo bem. A surpresa chegou quando cheguei ao hotel. A recepcionista, uma senhora claramente sem ideia de como se recebem hóspedes de forma profissional, começou a gritar comigo em frente a outros hóspedes, acusando-me de não ter feito reserva nenhuma para animais de estimação, insinuando que eu não queria apagar a taxa extra. Foi uma situação muito desagradável e humilhante que arruinou a minha estadia. Para nunca repetir.

The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, and we stayed there just for one night before our next flight. After we completed the booking, the host, Julia, contacted us on WhatsApp to ask if we needed a taxi. It was late at night, so this was very helpful. She also arranged a taxi for us the next morning. The taxi driver works with the hotel, was very nice, and arrived on time. The check-in process was very fast. Perfect hotel for a short stay during a connection in Athens.
