Great Stay in Palermo Fantastic location, close to everything we needed. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for unwinding, and the complimentary snacks and prosecco were a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend it.

Room was lovely decorated and it has its undisputed charm for couples who wants to spend time together in private. Plus for small bottle of Prosecco in fridge. Jacuzzi was good addition after long strolling down streets of Palermo.

In first glance room was very nice and well decorated however design was starting to tired us as room was very dark, with dark colors on walls and very little sunlight was coming through window. Problem was coffee machine and kettle, response I received from owner regarding to coffee machine that got broken allegedly that morning and that I can warm water in microwave is simply poor, in description of room there should be coffee and tea at our disposal as per description. However because coffee machine was not working, owner decided that kettle can be not available as well? Sauna was there but it took ages to warm up. Mattress was worn and not very comfortable Beside room there is a pump that was very loud and was switching every 2-3 min. Lastly room was not very clean there were an evidence of mould in bathroom and fingerprints on walls beside jacuzzi.

Location is near city center.

The street looks very obscure, even if it is near city center. Near it’s a car wash and you hear all the noise in the morning.

- Very nicely decorated, perfect for couples - Owner was very kind and provided us with a drink on arrival due to us celebrating a special occasion - Walking distance to centre (About 5-10 min walk to politeama theatre) - Spa bath and sauna were great - Close to the street where most of the car hire offices are in the city centre (via Stabile) so convenient to pick up/drop off your hire car when leaving or arriving in Palermo

- Breakfast was mainly pre-packaged biscuits/pastries, this is mainly because the property is a standalone apartment in a residential block so nowhere for owners to provide a cooked/fresh breakfast - Slightly bit outside of the city centre for our liking but only a short walk to Politeama theatre (5-10 mins) - Pillows were a bit uncomfortable

The room is very well appointed, the bathroom is nice and clean, and everything looks like it does in the photos. I loved the tub, and the coffee machine was nice. I also like the location, though it is a bit of an extra walk to some of the sites. It being situated in a residential neighborhood gives you a better view of Palermo without the sheen of tourism. The room is obviously geared towards couples, but as a married man travelling alone for work, I still found everything great.

I could not get the TV to actually show anything beyond menus, and there was no wifi info. The breakfast options are not fresh, they are shelf-stable pastries.

It is as awesome as it looks. Everything works perfectly. Just follow the instructions. Also, do not be scared about the neighborhood or the entrance as someone mentioned. It’s safe and close to Roma Avenue.

The pillows were a little hard, but this is me being picky. Everything was absolutly awesome
