This hotel not serve Bath soap & Moisturizer. Restaurant only available Coffe & Tea.

Convenient for 1 night stop over, very close to the airport and calm tough. Nearby there are many places to eat and the room is clean and with all comfort.

FYI there is no airport shuttle after 6pm

The furnishings were really lovely and staff really helpful and available at all times. Bed was extremely comfortable with four enormous squishy pillows, I have never slept so well. Air conditioning was very good. Due to CoVid restaurant was closed and no breakfast available when we stayed but staff helped us order takeaway and find nearby restaurants. Loan umbrellas were offered to us if we went out when it was raining and there was an outside smoking terrace with good cover from afternnon rain storms.On site coffee bar provided excellent drinks. In room fridge available but no refreshments beside water provided in room., coffee and tea not immediately available. on tray however we checked in five hours early so that may be the reason room was not complete. Airport shuttle was free and easily arranged by staff. My room overlooked the street and whilst I was aware there was a street outside as a side street it was not obtrusive. It felt very atmospheric and homelike and I enjoyed my stay very much. As our airport hotel stay between flights it was exceptionally convenient and well priced.

I would have liked snacks and soft drinks to be available within the hotel but they were literally around the corner. More USB pints would have been convenient as we had not carried a vietnamese conversion plug but staff did happily loan us one and ensure our phone was charged as needed.

In general, this is a good hotel. The room is big and clean. The location is very convenient as well. There are quite little food stands around the hotel. And they are available like 24 hours.

But the service is the worst ever. I order this for my wife and she arrive the hotel early due to she is from country side of other province. She phoned the hotel in advance that she will be arrive around 3:00 am on 27th (Normal check in time is 2:00 pm). A lady reply it is Okay as long as she pay for extra charge. But the she arrive hotel that day, there is a young guy at the counter said there is no extra room for her and use VERY bad attitude try to kick her out and ask for back at 2:00 pm. My wife is really pissed off. And I am sorry to that my wife went though this very bad experience.

Good to have free transport to the airport as part of the booking.

What was disappointing was that the room rate I paid (which, frankly was good value for money) was higher than the rate I could have taken if I'd just turned up without a booking. Also, the rate I paid was higher than the rate I thought I'd locked in with Booking.com.
