"I paid for a room and was denied to sleep in it. No refund and no effort to accommodate."

Absolutely nothing as the owners did not let me check in.

The owners refused me for checking in my room that I paid in advance. The reason for this is that they do not accept customers for the night after 9pm. However the pub which is part of the Inn closes at 10pm. After a long day of work I contacted the property before 9pm to let them know about my late arrival and they refused me to sleep there even on a Saturday evening... They did not even try to make an effort to leave a key or anything for us. On top of this they kept my money and refuse to refund me. I will never book a room at the Queen Mary Inn and I feel robbed.

The friendliness of the staff, how clean it was.The location was perfect for the RNLI and easy walk to the town and harbour.Tge facilities ,in the room we're great with tea and coffee, hairdryer, clean bathroom and huge hot showe.r Breakfast was excellent quality and good value for money. Access to the room was easy and secure.

Decor was a little dated but the facilities made up for it.
