The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

I stayed at your property last year and had zero issues. Therefore I booked again this year for sand soccer tournament. I could not watch TV while there. You had to have subscriptions to either Hulu or Netflix and that is something I do not have. I do not stream anything. The staff couldn't do a workaround. I left a day early because the accommodations were subpar. I spent $764.84 to get to a room at 6:30 p.m. on May 29th and to leave at 10:30 a.m. May 30th a day early.. I will never book at your property again or any of your other properties.

There was no front desk no ice machine and the shower was so small. Other than that the place was in a great location and in good shape. It was nice and clean too

The pool could have been cleaner and the trash removed by the pool.

Everything was awesome! The rooms were so cute, and had a nice full kitchen that made cooking at home easy. The staff were extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean, the location was great (steps away from the beach access) and the price was great. Will definitely come back again!

My only complaint is that a 4 person room only had one free parking spot (which we didn’t know until check in). It probably would have affected our decision to book here. However, the owner and the staff ended up hooking us up; but having to pay for extra parking for visitors was not ideal.
