Lovely host family, really comfy bed, great location, clean bathroom and kitchen. The lady even made cake which was delicious! Highly recommend, was a pleasure to stay here

The owner was amazing - so helpful with everything and kind. The whole house was clean and beautiful. The best place to stay in Tbilisi.

This time, the usual host who can speak English was abroad and sometimes it takes while to reach her when I need help. But still I can feel she tries to response as soon as possible and I am sure she is a nice host. I think you can enjoy the experience like “home stay” here, as we share living room, bathe room, and kitchen. I hope people who can respect the rules of the house will stay here. But at the same time, the whole house keeps clean and nicely decorated, so you will feel comfortable. The place is located near Liberty square and very convenient to walk around main touristic places.

The bath might be a little small for tall people. Even me, less than 160cm, needed to be careful not to make the water go out of the curtain. The private room is semi-basement and I kept the curtain close to avoid the eyes from outside. So if you prefer sunshine and fresh air in your room, this room might not be suit for you. (But if you go out during the day, this is not a big problem.)

Lovely and very clean house in a great location near the metro station in Old Tbilisi! The facilities were spotless and the host was very kind and gave us tea and cake in the mornings which was a lovely gesture. The home was close to the centre but in a nice quiet location. The room was great with a double bed. Overall we had a wonderful stay with this very kind family!

One of the best features is that it's on the ground floor, so no need to worry about stairs—perfect for families, elderly guests, or anyone looking for easy access. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed, making it super convenient to get around. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. Honestly, this stay exceeded all expectations, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience

The interior was really cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The host was so, so, so friendly and helpful. This is like a home stay, rather than a guesthouse.

Location was quite good for sightseeing, family and room was nice, everything was clean.

I personally like Chugureti better, but this is rather a personal preference. Also, and this is probably not their fault (maybe I did not read properly or the adds cannot differenciate), I was expecting a shared bathroom with other guests who don't keep their personal items in the bathroom.

Beautiful home with a welcoming host, who was very accommodating for us.

The summary says that the accommodation has air conditioning, but there is just air conditioning in the main area, not the bedroom, which was described later on in the booking description - you just need to look more carefully than I did :).
