Eden Vale Garden View Apartment with Patio

As always a superb and pleasant stay. Jason is the perfect host and nothing is a problem. The rooms are immaculate with everything you could need. Already booking again for next year.

Good location close to centre of Morecambe and good value for money. Our flat was larger than we expected with a very large comfortable bed. There is a comfortable and stylish lounge and a good kitchen as well as a private patio area which we enjoyed as it was protected ftom the seaftont wind and a bit of a suntrap.. Jason very kindly offered to collect us from the railway station to avoid us having to walk in the rain which was much-appreciated.

The property was perfect for us, as we had 3 dogs and stayed in the room with the outside patio They loved it love as much as we did, the rooms massive and clean and nearly furnished, it’s got everything you need, patio is secure so the dogs can’t escape aswell. The bed is the best bed I have ever slept in !! The beach is literally across from the hotel We will be back 😊 Sorry for the reviews pictures I only have them of the dogs in certain rooms 😂

Second time staying at Eden vale loved it so much we came for a full week .Excellent location on the front with free parking. Facilities Second to none spotlessly clean .Host on hand for any problems which we never have .Would stay mor often but so popular always fully booked

Nothing at all

Everything. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and fresh. The rooms were bigger than we expected and all quality furniture within the flat. The super king size bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Jason was a very friendly and helpful host.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Host Jason kept in touch with us before arrival and then met us at the venue, helped us unload the car and saved a parking space for us. Also we left an item behind which he posted back to us. Right on the seafront, easy access walking to the more central part of Morecombe.

Not that we did not like it but bear in mind the bedroom is downstairs by a spiral staircase. A dish drying rack is needed in kitchen area and perhaps instructions on using the bedroom heater. Just a suggestion that the single bed in the main room might be better as a bed settee?

Could not sleep in bedroom downstairs, freezing could not put radiator on in room , had some kind of lock on. Slept in lounge where single bed and pull out bed was
