What a great experience we had. It was short but sweet. Comfortable, clean beachfront villa, amazing staff. Jessica was very warm & accommodating from the time we booked. I do appreciate her kindness & patience dealing with so many changes on dates & villa. What a wonderful staff. They were so helpful & cheerful in dealing with all our needs: from our luggage, island tour, super accommodating with our food, keeping them frozen until we left the resort. We appreciate the amazing care they have given us. A big THANK YOU! We will surely be coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar was good and the food we had was freshly prepared and of a good standard.

The resort is quite remote and although the photos on the Web page look stunning, the beach is actually very dirty and not cleaned. Our villa door was attempted to be opened at 5.30am but was not breached. This was reported and brushed off as security checks, however my daughter was in the next villa and her door was not tried. There is virtually nothing else on Bolo beach other than Gregory's restaurant which is attached to this resort.

The food they serve at the restaurant especially the seafood boil is bad. The squid are not fresh or maybe they were cooked longer .
