Nothing to dislike, at first the bathroom was a bit smelly but I think it was the product they had used. It was very clean and well equipped.

We booked three nights in "Coirantee" from 8 to 11 May. We had saved for it, looked forward to it, and built the trip around it. What we walked into was nothing like what we were sold, and every part of the stay made that gap worse. We thought we had booked an apartment with patio doors opening straight onto our own private hot tub, with views over the loch and a working log burner. The reality could not have been further from that. The apartment was attached to staff accommodation. The log burner was defective. The loch views simply were not there. And the hot tub, the one thing we had most looked forward to, was not private at all. To reach it we had to traipse out through the communal space, in full view of whoever happened to be around. Nothing about it felt like the relaxing getaway in the listing. Then the washing machine flooded the apartment. That was the final straw. We were paying good money to be put up next to staff, with broken facilities, no privacy and water across the floor. We packed up and left a day early because there was no reason to stay. What turned a ruined holiday into something worse was how the company handled it. We were told, to our faces, that the problems would be confirmed and that we could simply claim the money back through Booking.com. We left trusting that. Every word of it turned out to be untrue. When it came to it they backed up nothing, and we were left out of pocket by close to £500. I can only describe the way they dealt with us as dishonest. Being told one thing to get you off the premises and then having all of it denied is not a misunderstanding, it is a company saying whatever it takes in the moment and hoping you go away quietly. We will not. If you are thinking of booking here, do not. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the disappointment we went through.
