Ubicazione dell'alloggio davvero strategica. A un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla stazione e dalle zone centrali. Trieste si gira benissimo a piedi e qualora servissero i mezzi pubblici sono a poca distanza e sono efficienti. Zona tranquilla e ricca di esercizi commerciali. Ideale per una coppia.

Qualche accessorio e utensile in più in cucina avrebbe reso la permanenza perfetta.

If I have to be really picky: too narrow shower cabin. But it was a minor hassle.

it was hard because we did not have roaming, so without wifi or internet we it's hard because we only get the details of how to access the property the last minute. However, we went to their office and they were very helpful.

The flat are comfortable and nice

However we had problems with the heating and hot water that didn't work during two days and we had to change the flat and they left us waiting during 4 hours for giving us a solution. They have done nothing to remedy this.

The location perfecto! The apartment was absolutly clean and tiny, cute!

Good Location.

Our phones did not have network access as the ANP string worked only in the UK. The key collection and property information was sent by the Host in an email 30 minutes before we arrived in Trieste! We had no network access so did not receive this message. On arrival in Trieste we went directly to the Host Office, where the Host did not seem to understand the problem with the our phones but did give us the keys. The Hosts should send any information needed to non-EU clients a day earlier!

Great staff, excellent location, very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The flat is well equipped but old fashioned - not a problem for us but would expect it to cost a bit less. The bed is firmish, comfortable and big enough for 6ft tall persons. The sofa bed is a single. The staff were great, responding quickly and effectively to fix small problems or answer queries.

The upload of biometric ID is required to complete online check in. Many people do not wish to take this risk of ID fraud, customers should be offered a choice. It is absolutely not correct to be informed of this only after committing to a non refundable booking! The standard/style of accommodation is average, so a bit overpriced in comparison to others. The shower is a bit small.
