Location to the centre is great beds are very comfortable and was great to have the small balcony to sit out on

It smelt really strongly of stale smoke & damp. I had to go out & buy febreze & odor catchers.

Clean flat, easy to access, close to the university area. Great for short stays!

I did notice a bit of mould around the shower

The apartment was well equipped, warm and very comfortable. It was spacious and the location was ideal for our plans. Hilary was very helpful both before and during our stay. She responded to messages very promptly and efficiently. There was a slight glitch as the apartment wasn't ready when we arrived but Hilary dealt with this very quickly and it was cleaned beautifully. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The building felt safe and secure.

It's quite a noisy location as it's between the hospital and roundabout. However, we've stayed in this area of Bristol before so expected that. There are some refurbishment works on the building opposite so that's an additional source of noise at the moment. I'd certainly stay here again though I would bring ear plugs for sleeping. There were some teabags in the kitchen but no coffee.
