unclean, roach infestation, mold in showers, crumbs everywhere. sheets smelled. roomed smelled. a/c didn’t work. office is not 24 hours, we left didn’t even stay there.

The place was musty and had not been cleaned. There was feces in the toilet. The drains were clogged. The television was not working. The WiFi did not work the entire we were there. We asked to be moved to another room and was refused. We asked for a refund and was denied. Then we asked for a discount and was denied as well. The staff were impolite and unprofessional. Never recommending this place. Appalled

Everything about the experience was unpleasant. I will never recommend.

Like the door lock..

The pool was not working.. my room had trash in drawers from previous person. Sheets and towels where stained. Above the bath tub was a leak from ceiling and as I bathed Yukie water drip on me. The chair padding had a giant hole in it and lampshade was damage and last buy not least the window right by door was cracked all the way across in a diagonally. Then I was charge 50 dollar for a deposit but before leaving property I thought I best take a worker thu here as there is many things wrong. The owner or worker said... it was already there before my stay.. and then said room was left in good shape and I receive my deposit. When I receive receipt refund it was only 45$ I was told the $5 dollars was for processing and handling. Any ways.. I never stay here again even if paid to do so

Only nice thing about this place was the beach is literally right there. Everything else was terrible and not the best area either. Tried to get money back and was told no and that was before I even signed papers. Not some where I would bring children that’s for sure. Staff is very rude

Everything about this place. For that type of money it should have been a lot better.

the location. can’t wait for the pool to be done!!!!!
