Grand Prix Motel Beach Front

It was next to the beach and the staff worked with me on several concerns, such as providing towels, making sur my booking still worked, and sending someone up right away to fix the tub.

The booking showed a pool. However pool is not working as it's being restored. The room was dirty including the bed sheets, and the qualityof the room was bad overall. The bath tub was not in good shape. .

Found a dead cockroach in the bed, hair on toilet n sink, no phone in room or cable box. Had to ask for cable box. Had to ask for a roll of tp. Room did not get cleaned at all or garbage taken. Morning tht we left, we saw a live cockroach crawling on the nightstand.

I did not. There were women there hanging around the hotel that were not staying there. There was no access to walk down to the beach.

They could not provide wash rags, no coffee pot in the room. The balcony was dirty and the room smelled stale. This motel was horrible. Also, the police parked close by as if to be watching the place. Also, the 2 men running the place were not helpful. They just stared at you when you asked them a question. Weird.

we upgraded to ocean front room . we were disappointed to find out that the view was terrible ! the window was so dirty we couldnt see anything ! the pool that looks beautiful on the website was empty with garbage in it and that whole area of the property appeared to be under construction but not active construction ! it was a junk yard ! i will never stay there again ! i would like at least a partial refund to be fair

Fire alarm was unwired and completely missing. Blood smears on the back of the door, the curtains, and all over the wall. An empty beer bottle on the balcony with cigarette butts in it. Upgraded the rooms without seeing the lay out to “ocean view” but the windows were so hazy that you couldn’t see anything out of them. No light bulbs in the lights next to the beds. No outlets anywhere near the bed. Someone ripped the USB ports out of the desk outlets. Fake rose peddles still under the desk, the AC unit, and randomly under furniture from previous stays. Painted light switches, outlets, and wall literature. Pool under construction (not an issue) except it’s right in front “ocean view” and is full of trash and green nasty water so that’s all you can see in the photos and from our rooms. Beer cans out all over the ground in front of the rooms that they have monthly tenants living in. Absolutely no beach access from the hotel. Went out late to enjoy the ocean and their was homeless people moaning and nodding out and some sleeping right against the beach wall against the motel that I had to see from my balcony all night. One homeless person still out there at 8:30am morning of check out. Security cameras can be unplugged right while standing on the floor of our balcony. Plaster/sheetrock separating all over the walls and ceiling. Door locked but didn’t shut all the way. Air conditioning is the absolute worst along with the drain pipe held by spray foam all the way across the back of the balcony. Absolutely no remotes to the TV in one of the rooms and the other room had painter tape holding the remote together. I could go on and on and on….

Nothing worked. Had to open the fridge to cool the room in the evening. AC was loud and would shut down. No Wi-Fi worked. Would not recommend to anyone

The room was unsafe, dirty and smelled like mildew. The back door to the room was wide open when we arrived. The owner had to come out and lock the door. The back opened outward into an alleyway. Because it opened outward there would no way to keep someone from entering while you were sleeping.The bathroom had a busted bi-fold door, that didn't lock, for the netry door. None of the amenities worked. No internet, no pool and no beach access. Horrible experience. We left early the next morning and went to another hotel.

Prostitute trying to pick up customer s in parking lot to pay for her room..dirty sheets with blood stains .floors so dirty when I got out of shower had to re wash my feet ...food residue on all counters ..no one told us no pool untill we checked in ....cart outside room for cleaning crew to do rooms not one cleaning supply on cart ..listed as a studio....why nothing but a mini fridge ...and microwave..a/c wasn't working to capacity...we didn't even cover up we sweated all night
