Duplex Apartment in centro con posto auto privato

- The apartment literally in the old town of Ferrara, it was amazing to be able to grab a cup of coffee in the morning in less than 1min walking distance - All the amenities in place (like washing machine, teapot, dishwasher, air conditioning) - Private parking was a huge bonus, knowing you can't park in the city centre otherwise

- There are posters in the corridor and next to the apartment door saying to be super quiet and not make any loud, including walking on high heels, etc. It literally was a list of things that we can't do ;) It felt really extensive and unwelcoming for the paying tourists. Additionally, a neighbouring lady came one morning asking us to be quiet until 10am because she works nights, and honestly we were quiet in the morning and when we were trying to ask her what noises she heard in the morning, she deflected the question. Our guess was that this lady was the one who made the posters and probably visits every tenant :D So all in all we were tiptoeing in the apartment and that wasn't the best experience. - Beware that if you try to use multiple electric items at once, the power might go off (it happened to us when we were boiling tea water and ironing the shirts).

Great location. The most beautiful street, Via de Velte, is just around the corner, and it's literally a few minutes to the centre (about 5 minutes). And yet you sleep in a completely quiet and peaceful place. The apartment is equipped with literally everything you can think of. And there is parking for your car in the courtyard. Excellent communication with the hosts. Everything went quickly and without a hitch.

location was outstanding

Close to center and some nice restaurants, wine bars, shopping and brunch, you could anything downtown.

Some renovation to the apartment is need, but considering the price it is ok.
