Hotel Mid town

The location

Big Surprise from them, We were very in touch before our flights and requested an early check-in. They sent a message and said it was subject to availability. We even told them the time that we would reach, which was within 6 hours that we gonna arrive, yet they were unable to give us a proper response. Knowing the time that we would reach, they could have said no rooms would be available or there was no lobby for waiting, etc. To our big surprise, when we reached there around 2 am, the doors were closed and locked! There was one security guy outside, so we asked if he could maybe open the door as we had to check in, he first called the reception desk, while we were still waiting on the roads, with creepy people around. And we were 2 lonely girls. So, the security gave us the phone to speak to the reception guy, and he said that no room was available. We said, to at least let us get into the lobby until it's morning as it's unsafe to be on the road at 2 am, especially 2 girls with our luggage. The guy said that it was not his problem and hung up the phone. It was an extremely stressful moment for us at that time as we didn't know what to do. Luckily there was a rickshaw outside and he proposed to show us some nearby hotels to spend the night. We had no choice but to take that risk. Just imagine if the Richshaw was not someone of good intention or even if we stayed on the road till morning and people would harm us? So it's a big NO for us. Not recommending it to people. The bed was hard like wood

I stayed at room no. 207, good good deal on booking.com for 5 nights. It has a Good location, comfortable specious room, kind staff and prompt staff. Very close to Andheri (w) station, , shopping area, restaurants, Highly recommended for family and business travellers. Very memorable stay.

No restaurants is only a drawback, No more complaints since good hotel. Keep upgrading. My best wishes

A small but good family hotel

I liked the location of property, it is very convenient from Andheri local station.

The cleanliness was not there at all. Bedsheets and towels provided were very old and in fact one of the towel was ripped.

The front desk people are excellent, very friendly and polite. That’s the only comforting thing I found.

Noisy early morning ou can hear the traffic, room was very tiny and the service people expect a tip for anything they work for ( they don’t ask but their action says a lot) for example if they open the elevator door or if you order tea when you wake up in the morning they will wait and just stare at you expecting something from you.
