All necessary amenities that need to be in an apartment for a short stay were provided. Private and comfortable space. Private and covered car park. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. Delivery is available to the location.

I did have an issue with ants in bed. Even though there is no food in the room, there still are ants in bed and clothes.

Very nice apartment in Colombo! The place was very clean: the kitchen and the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom also. The bed was super comfortable, the bedsheets were very clean. The Wi-Fi was very fast, which was really nice for 2 digital nomads. The fact that we have our own kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need, even with oil, salt, and pepper, it was amazing. Also, we could use a washing machine and there was a terrace available to enjoy the mornings or the evenings. Even if the accommodation is not in the city center, you may appreciate that it is more peaceful than central location. Also, there are public buses in front of the accommodation or you may choose to travel by tuk-tuk. There is also a railway station 5 minutes from the accommodation, so you may use the train to reach central Colombo. In one word, amazing stay!

Well equipped apartment with all the necessities: a cozy bedroom, kitchenette, additional items such as salt & pepper, detergent soap, washing powder & liquids made the stay quite easier and quite comfortable. I really enjoyed all the facilities and extended my stay by another week due to the convenience of the location. This is my second stay at the Paramount Residence.

All the facilities were good however, it would have been good to have a pedestal fan kept at the living/dining area to make the place more cooler (the wall fan was focused to a limited direction) as the weather is quite hot during the April season with an unbearable heat wave.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very quiet. The kitchen has everything I needed and having a washing machine was great. Helpful and friendly owners. There’s a bus stop and a train station nearby. So traveling to central Colombo is easy. Groceries and places to eat are also nearby.
