Cozy city central apartment

Excellent Location , big space , promptness of the owner to our queries and cleanliness.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed needs replacement . The sound proofing was poor . You can hear everything from the neighbors and the streets sounds /noise like ambulance ,etc., We practically only used it for resting in the evening after a day of tour and we were decently conscious of our movements it was just me and my husband , but the day of our departure as we have an early flight , the apartment below us knock and threatened to call the police for the alleged noise we made .

My score reflects the problems I had. Firstly, the heating system and the hot water. The water was at most warm but definitely not hot and not all the time. The temperature in the house at night goes as low as 15 degrees. The owner came and tried to fix it. However, the next day was exactly the same. The double bed wasn't so comfy , was making very bad noise all the time. The sofa bed was ok. Noise from outside, noises from the top neighbours until 1 am , although we did respect the rules that no noise after 9 pm. As soon as I came, the neighbour knocked to tell me to be quiet ( it was 4.30 pm).

Central location, just walking distance from Old town. The apartment is very nice, it was warm and clean. All worked well and we had a great time. Quite hours must be respected, which was perfect for us to have a good night sleep after long days. There were clear instructions how to enter the apartment, easy and quick communication. Would definitely recommend.
