La villetta TRE PALME

La casa è relativamente recente (o di relativa recente ristrutturazione). Tra gli aspetti positivi, va sicuramente menzionata la posizione, molto vicina al mare, e lo scaldabagno, che ha garantito acqua calda per diverse docce nell'arco della giornata senza mai venire meno. Si dorme molto bene nel materasso matrimoniale grazie anche al silenzio della zona circostante e, lasciando la finestra aperta, entra una piacevole aria fresca. È presente anche l'aria condizionata fortunatamente. Il giardino offre inoltre buona ombra durante il giorno grazie ai diversi alberi presenti. Le porte sono dotate di due zanzariere di ottima qualità, anche se non perfettamente pulite. Sempre in giardino si trova un tavolo grande, adatto per mangiare comodamente in due persone, e degli ottimi sdrai che si prestano bene anche come sedie per i pasti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio in due persone, con l'aggiunta di due cagnolini di piccola taglia, e purtroppo lo spazio si è rivelato davvero limitato per le nostre esigenze. Fin dall'ingresso nel cortile si incontra il primo ostacolo: una palma ostruisce il passaggio, costringendo a chinarsi o ad aggirarla. Un problema simile si presenta con la porta-finestra della camera da letto, che nell'aprirsi e chiudersi sfrega contro i rami di un albero, facendo cadere bacche e foglie in testa a chi la apre. La pulizia della casa non è stata accurata: abbiamo trovato ragnatele e ragni su diverse pareti e, passando la scopa vicino al letto, è emerso un consistente batuffolo di polvere. Anche gli strumenti per pulire lasciano a desiderare: l'unica scopa disponibile va usata sia dentro che fuori, poiché quella da esterno è ormai consumata, mentre la paletta, riparata alla meno peggio con del nastro nero, non riesce a stare in piedi da sola. Il bagno presenta anch'esso alcuni disagi: la finestra affaccia sul giardino dell'abitazione accanto, e i vicini si sono persino permessi di chiudere la persiana dall'esterno. L'ultimo giorno, inoltre, il vicino ci ha comunicato che non potevamo tenere aperta la persiana del bagno, poiché il cortile su cui affaccia è di sua proprietà: una situazione scomoda che andrebbe chiarita meglio dalla struttura. La tavoletta del water, poi, non è ben fissata e si sposta lateralmente quando ci si siede; risulta inoltre troppo piccola rispetto alle dimensioni del wc, tanto da doversi appoggiare al bordo. In cucina sono presenti poche pentole, ma in condizioni non ottimali: il materiale risulta usurato al punto da far dubitare di un possibile rilascio di sostanze durante la cottura degli alimenti. Anche utensili, piatti, posate e stoviglie in generale sono davvero pochi: probabilmente con il tempo molti pezzi sono andati dispersi, ma questo va a discapito degli ospiti successivi e andrebbero reintegrati.

Moderně vybavený apartmán se vším co potřebujete, včetně vybavení na pláž. Lokalita naprosto skvělá- krásná pláž je pouze 3 minuty pěšky.

Není nic co by se nám nelíbilo.

Es ist eine Art kleiner Bungalow der aber super ausgestattet ist. Am Anfang haben wir ihn nicht gleich gefunden was uns einen kleinen Schreck eingeheimst hat aber es ist umso schöner da man total privat und alleine ist. Man ist umgeben von Natur man hört fast nichts außer Vogel und Grillen gerade Nachts ist es unglaublich still und super dunkel ( keine Lichtverschmutzung). Auch in die Lage zum Strand ist unglaublich nur max 5 min und man ist da kann alles zu Fuß mitnehmen muss keine Parkgebühren zahlen super. Der Strand ist super schön und hat unglaublich blaues Wasser. In der Nähe befinden sich auch super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und die Anbindung an die Verkehrswege ist auch super. Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Sonst ist der Bungalow super ausgestattet hat alles was man braucht das Bad ist auch super. Im Hefter auf dem Tisch sind alle wichtigen Informationen zu finden den sollte man sich unbedingt anschauen. Alles war sauber und für italienische Verhältnisse mega mega gut. Bett war auch super bequem.

Wir haben am Anfang den Bungalow nicht gleich gefunden(sind spät abends angekommen). Es war alles dunkel und dadurch haben wir die kleinen Schilder wo der Wohnungsname drauf steht nicht gleich gefunden vlt. Könnte man das etwas besser kenntlich machen. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Sonst alles super

Very nice house close to the beach. Loved the little garden with herbs and an outdoor shower. It was also close to a shop that sells local products, vegetables and fruit.

The apartment is cozy and close to the great beach with crystal water. It's comfortable for 2 persons because the 3d person should stay in a room, which united together with kitchen and for example there is no wardrobe for 3d person. If you want to live close to the nature, it's a good choice. The sea is really great and you can go far away in the sea and it will not be deep. The garden with plants and palms was very nice, we were watering the plants every evening. There are many eucalyptus trees close to the apartment, so it's nice to breathe fresh air. Good cafes and restaurants located in Valledoria, which is 1.5 km walking distance, the one at the beach "Kurumba" was not good.

Without car it was complicated to go to a supermarket "Superconcas" 1.5 km (to "MD" supermarket 1.2 km) when it was over +32° C outside. A bit closer it was only a small shop with fruits, vegetables and cheese. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so better to buy some spray and liquid in advance. Also during 4 first days of our stay (11-14 August) it was some open air music festival not far away, so the music was playing from early evening till 4:30-5:30 AM and we heard that sound even with closed doors. On the 5th day the neighbours around made a loud party with singing songs till the morning, so only the last 3 days we could sleep in silence and relax. Also the public transport is not popular in this area and the bus is only once per day, so without car you will not be able to go to some excursion.
