A lot of space! Beautiful bedrooms! Amazing! Good communication with the owner

It was 22pm on a Friday night, we were talking outside in the garden. Neighbors called to the owner saying it was too loud when it wasn’t … we needed to move to inside of the house. We understand that people want to rest, but it was not that late. Keep in mind that if you use that part of the garden outside, this may happen to you.

It it is a good area and very spacious!

The beds were not very comfortable and the house lacks air conditioners.

Contato com locatário excelente. Foi muito bacana nossa comunicação. A casa é grande e é exatamente como estão nas fotos. Nós ficamos em 6 pessoas, sendo 3 casais. As toalhas estavam limpas, as roupas de cama também. É possível guardar o veículo dentro do quintal da casa de precisar, mas achei o local bem seguro, é uma área bem residencial. Acordamos e fomos tomar café da manhã na padaria, gastamos 5 minutos de carro.

Achei que a casa precisa de uma boa faxina. Senti que o chão estava sujo, andei descalça e senti areia. Se eles derem uma boa limpeza, deixar ela aberta para arejar, perfumar a casa, acredito que podem até cobrar mais caro, pois vale. Limpar o jardim e deixar ela com vida. Senti a casa sem vida. Porém recomendo e ficaria novamente. Meus colegas que estavam juntos gostaram tbm.

The bedrooms and the closets in the bedrooms were nice and large. The property was able to accommodate multiple people. It had a small washer.

The property did not provide any dishwasher detergent, nor did it provide any laundry soap. The sponge was dirty and used. The dishwashing soap was watered down. There was not enough trash bags or toilet paper. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in all of the showers were practically empty. The kitchen could use some decorations on the walls as well as the hallway walls and stairwells. Decorations were a little barren. The hot tub that is advertised is actually just a fairly deep older typical sized tub with jets. The bathrooms seemed fairly out of date, but at least one of them did have a towel warmer. The host provided a bottle of white wine.
