Hotel O Ambika

What is it that I didn't like. That should be the question. Pathetic staff and specially the person at reception. I was there with my family in the middle of night as approved through booking confirmation yet I was told that we can not provide you the accomodation and unfortunately I was left stranded along with two female members of my family. Location of this place is terrible and I was petrified to find a property at such location listed with a brand name like yours.

I will never use or refer Booking.Com to anybody ever. You lost a future prospect who happens to be a frequent traveller. My maiden experience with Booking.Com ended up like Titanic RMS. PATHETIC++++++

Cleanliness concerned very poor since it is new property, location wise purely remote area, no transport connectivity found available there, far away from rail station and airport, no market even basic needs shop available within 10-12 Km, Food cost which is providing by the hotel is very high and quality also bad ..,that is made by unprofessional shef or cook.....It was like jungle .....very bad experience ...purely not to suggest anyone to stay there....in future....nothing was even satisfactory...and upto the basic stansard, wifi was not available, TV also not provided...it was installed but in running condition

It shoud be road and all type of transport connectivity in and around.....basic needs shop or restaurant should be available nearby....Clean Ship should be upto the standard, quality of food and price should be reasonable as per the locality , Here facilities providing extreme villege or remote but charges are taking like three star hotel.....That should not be..,
