The reality is not like in the description in Booking. The floor is dirty. The floor is not renovated with some zones very dirty. The kitchen in not clean. One furniture bookcase had a borken wall glas. It's dangerous. The renovations are bad DIY. The biggest problem is that the house is not securised : a bay window doesn't lock. It is on a terrace. Moreover, a window can't be locked. The district and the nearest neighbour is not secured with dirty and poorly maintened houses. There is no gate to close the area around the house. Considering that anyone could enter the house in any moment because it's not secured, we had to leave the house without spending the night there. The price is too much expensive for a such bad house rental. Too expensive to be unsafe. It's the worse accomodation of our three weeks road trip in USA. I don't recommend this house. La réalité ne correspond pas à la description de cet hébergement. Le sol est sale. Le sol est mal rénové avec des zones très mal entretenues. La cuisine n'est pas propre. Un meuble a une paroi en verre cassée ce qui est dangereux. Les parties rénovées ont été bricolées. Le plus grave : le logement n'est pas sécurisé : une porte fenêtre ne ferme pas à clé. Elle donne sur la terrasse. De plus, une fenêtre ne peut pas être fermée à clé. Le quartier n'est pas sécurisé avec un environnement sale et très mal entretenu. Pas de portail. La maison est fond d'un quartier délabré et non sécurisé. Etant donné que n'importe qui peut entrer dans le logement car il n'est pas sécurisé, nous avons été obligés de quitter le logement sans y passer la nuit. Tarif beaucoup trop cher pour une si mauvaise prestation. Trop cher pour être en insécurité. C'est le pire logement de notre voyage aux USA.

USWe love the location there were deer in the backyard. It was very peaceful. There’s a wonderful kitty and a dog that comes around to visit I would definitely stay there the next time I go to see my nephew
It needs more outlets and curtains otherwise it was amazing
