There was a chemical odor in the house that was most noticeable on the bed the first night. A few of the kitchen itens needed to be cleaned before using.

USStyle and comfort and location just wonderful. Kitchenware made togo elegant dining. Beautiful autumn trees filling the windows with colors. Friendly people strolling by. Loved the cafe across the street…wonderful bakery. gluten free…progressive and creative shops
the light at night on the heaters was too bright and too high to cover the entry to the bathroom was to high and stubbed toe hurt

USGreat apartment for two couples. We had plenty of space and loved the location. We even cooked a meal using the kitchenette facilities! The cafe across the street was great for a quick lunch. The dining room table is big enough for a giant board game, and we enjoyed hanging out in the living room space as well when it rained. At the top of our list for our next visit to Ashland!
It's an older house, so there are squeaks at night when moving around. There was also a loud concert Saturday night until midnight. Worked out fine for us, but if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs!
