Very nice apartment with everything one might need during a short vacation. Perfect location, with all the main places to visit within walking distance (10-15 min). Leornardo was available when needed and very responsive.

Wygodne duże łóżko na dole , czysta pościel i ręczniki. Widać , że apartament po generalnym remoncie.

Apartament nie nadaje się do wynajmu, posiada błąd konstrukcyjny podłogi/sufitu. Właściciel robiąc remont w starej kamienicy pominął najważniejszy aspekt jakim jest wygłuszenie podłogi /sufitu między apartamentami. Byliśmy tam 4 noce i nie dało się tam zmrużyć oka , nie dało się zasnąć , byliśmy wykończeni. Jak ktoś tylko chodził w apartamencie nad nami, rozmawiał lub otworzył szafę czy drzwi to na dole było wszystko tak słychać jakby sufit miał się zwalić na głowę. Do tego drabina do łóżek na antresoli jest też źle wykonana , wchodząc po niej można sobie pokaleczyć stopy. Taras w ogóle nie był sprzątnięty na nasz przyjazd więc nawet nie można było z niego skorzystać . W apartamencie brakowało takich podstawowych rzeczy jak mydło do rąk , herbata itp Zgłaszaliśmy to właścicielowi , ale udał , że pierwszy raz słyszy i , że uciszy gości z góry . Tylko , że to nie wina gości z góry , oni normalnie funkcjonowali, nie krzyczeli , ani nie walili . To wina złej konstrukcji. Jeśli ktoś chce wypocząć , lub się wyspać to na pewno nie w tym apartamencie.

I’m not sure that anyone is as clear on the property description as they should be when reviewing this location. It needs to be said very clearly for anyone who wants to stay here.1/ the staircase ascending to the loft is very painful on your feet. You need to wear stiff, soled shoes to be even able to do it.2/ in order to access the loft bed, you must crawl on your hands and knees in order to get there. You are unable to stand up if you were any taller than a toddler. We arrived in town at 6 PM in the evening, exhausted after having been travelling for 12 hours. There were no bath towels, or kitchen towels. There was only a very thin flat sheet on each bed. Upon contacting the apartment owner, we were told that at this time of year in mid May (when the temperature regularly went down to single-digit/low double digits still in the morning, guests were expected to use the duvets, stored in the cupboards, none of which had overlying duvet covers (you were potentially in contact directly with sheets that had never been laundered between previous customers ). One duvet was dirty. After contacting the owner of the apartment, towels were dropped off a couple of hours later. No kitchen towels were left for us. Finally, on the balcony, there is some furniture, although none of it has any pillows on it. As such, it is unable to be used unless you want to sit on a hard surface with Velcro on it. I inquired by messaging the owner as to whether there were any pillows anywhere. He never replied to this query. Interestingly. After we left the apartment, I certainly wonder whether he might’ve anticipated a poor review. As he offered a discounted rate on future stays if I book directly through him on Facebook. I certainly wonder whether this is influencing people to give more positive reviews than what the apt is in reality.

Property is in a prime location short walks to major attractions and food outlets and cafes including essential stores.

Sehr schöne Lage, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Apartment ist schön ausgestattet, nicht riesig aber gut aufgeteilt, inklusive großem Balkon zur Rückseite. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Auf der Rückseite ist derzeit eine große Baustelle, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und es nachts ruhig war.

L'appartement est beau, moderne et très bien situé près d'une petite place et commerces.Tout peut se faire à pieds!

Il y a un immeuble en construction à l'arrière. L'insonorisation avec l'extérieur est bonne mais à l'intérieur, elle est mauvaise et nous avons souvent été réveillés le matin et en pleine nuit par le voisin du dernier étage...:-(

Lovely little apartment with comfortable beds and located in the perfect location.

The ladder you have to climb up to bed on the mezane flooring is hard on your bare feet so you have to wear shoes to climb it. Could possibly put slats on to make it more comfortable to climb.

Um in die Mezzanine zu kommen, muss man eine steile und unbequeme Treppe hochklettern, und dann kann man nur auf allen vieren zu den Betten kriechen. Klaustrophobisch darf man auch nicht sein, denn die Decke hängt nicht weit über dem Kopf und wenn im der oberen Wohnung Gäste herumlaufen, dann wird es ungemütlich. Das Zimmer unten war okay aber fensterlos, die Betten, einmal drin, waren bequem. Alles in allem okay für junge Leute, aber der Preis war definitiv zu hoch, auch weil gerade Bauarbeiten vis à vis im Gange sind. Na ja ...
