SII initially booked a 1-room apartment, but to my delight, they upgraded us for free to a bigger apartment in the same building. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was very clean. The self-check-in process was a big bonus, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. During our stay, we accidentally broke the TV screen, but we quickly arranged a solution with the agency without any problems. The location is great for exploring the Natisone Valley. Highly recommend!
