"The venue was beautiful; however, the tour was disappointing."

The venue was beautiful, and the tour I booked was well organised. I would suggest, however, that there be greater awareness and inclusivity ,also learn to be kind for children with hearing needs.

We did like the lay-out of the place...effective... Beautiful gardens and clean place

The communication between the staff... As we entered we did ask for a kitchenette... she did not really know how to help us... Later we have been told that we must pay extra.... There was a confusion on how many people we are..??? So that was a bit unpleasant...

Solo como recomendación, sería ideal mejorar el meson de los lavamanos , ya que quedan muy alejados del cuerpo y el agua se derrama, haciendo que el piso se moje demasiado.
