Stylish flat in Old Trafford

Location is perfect if visiting Old Trafford, close to all amenities, pubs and stadium. Flat is modern, cosy, warm and has all requirements.

Bed mattress is really thin and uncomfortable, communication with details could have been more direct and informative.

No heating absolutely freezing

the place was dirty. dust everywhere rubish under the bed. ceumbs still on side boards ect did look like it had been cleaned for a while. the bed was worst of all so uncomfortable springs sticking into both our backs.

this is our first night here not impressed at all when we arrived the whole place was a mess should have cleaned it pillows actually stink bathroom really messy and rubbish left in the kitchen I know it was a last minute booking but if you couldn’t host it shouldn’t have accepted the booking also my boyfriend rang u multiple times last night and left you a message showing the apartment a total mess no response unhappy we only stayed one night but booked for three days we told him we checked out he said that was fine and he’ll sort something out I have contacted my bank report this fraud didn’t stay at the property the other night but still charged have photos

The flat was fine

There was no toilet paper and I got stuck not having any, so I had to scratch around my bag for a used tissue. Then went to local shops to buy my own supplies. I was kind enough to leave you with the leftover half roll. The mattress needs replacing urgently, it was so lumpy and uncomfortable with zero support, I had trouble sleeping and woke up with a sore back after each night's sleep.
