No accurate directions of where exactly the parking and the accommodation are. Even on the phone, the host was still unable to help me out for half an hour. Upon arrival, the trash can was full, there were no basic apartment goods - no kettle, no knives or cutting boards, no pots or pans. A washing machine, but no detergent. Disgusting smell in the bathroom due to poor sewage construction or maintenance. When I went upstairs it was unbearably hot and musky. As there is no ac there, only downstairs. But both bedrooms are upstairs. So we had to sleep on the couch, as the host was also unable to provide a fan. The toilet paper was not in a roll, it was in sheets, like tissues, but without a box or holder, so it’s super convenient to use it when it just goes flying while you’re trying to take out of the whole stack just few pieces. The host had plenty of opportunities to get the payment as we all were on the territory of the accommodation all of the time that we stayed there for. But by the end of the last day he decided to lock my car in the parking lot because of safety reasons, until I pay. The territory of EkoPark, where the accommodation is located, is great, but 90% of every attraction there is almost non existent due to lack of basic maintenance. The children’s playgrounds are falling apart. The trampoline is torn, the slides, wooden structures are broken everywhere, dirty, covered in huge spiderwebs, toys in the playrooms are old, dirty, broken or not functioning. The restaurant is great, nothing to complain about there. Only two horses are there, a few chickens, two roosters and a couple of peacocks.
