Loved the comfy bed and pillows - the cleanliness - the bath was nice and deep the toiletries were great the restaurant had excellent tasty food - staff booked us taxi for the next morning to get to airport which was easy - overall a great stay - love the decor inside

Did not like giving a £50 deposit not gone back on credit card yet so hotel making money on my money - did not like the shower head - did not like not getting a receipt at 5 am which the girl the night before told me I could get in the am - not much to do at this location other than eat at restaurant which was excellent food - could have better curb appeal and signage outside -

The front desk staff and concierge were welcoming and helpful. The food offered in the restaurant was delicious, with good service. Overall a good stay.

I found the large hotel a little overwhelming. The room temperature was cold, and stuffy.
