Location

Air conditioning did not work, called guest services who said they would come up and check, after waiting 45 minutes we called again twice and no answer so we went downstairs and basically had to force someone to come look to make sure it either didn’t work or we were not using it properly. Our room was so hot and uncomfortable. He said AC doesn’t work; without really looking at it.. best they can do was open windows, outside was just as hot, as they did not have fans. We asked if there were other rooms he said he would go check and call us in 10mins. Not to our surprise he did not call by this time it was 12:30am and we had to be up at 5am for our flight. Just cut our losses.
