This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 350 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that, pets are not allowed on this property. If we find that you have brought a pet you will be asked to check-out early. Please note that parking on the street or in neighbor's driveways is NOT permitted. There is an HOA penalty of $100 for doing this. Overflow parking is located across the street. Pool/Hot Tub Schedule: Please note that, swimming Pool: opens mid-June and stays open through September. Hot Tub: Open 7 days a week throughout the summer, weekends during the winter months and is closed mid-April to Memorial Day weekend. (Refunds will not be given if the hot tub/pool are not available as the HOA makes the schedule and it is subject to change.) A deposit may be required at the property.
