The staff was courteous. There is valet parking facility. The location is easily traceable.

The room tariff as per the room area was too high. There was no enough space in the room. They did not provide complementary water bottles. The room service was a bit slow. The taste of the food and the variety on menu was not abiding the authenticity of local food of Kolhapur. We asked for a room upgrade and after promising to do so in an hour, it was delayed for a whole day. The wifi was not working well.

Its very expensive considering that hotel doesnt have any great ambience...is located in a very narrow street....kolhapur is a town but prices like city...also the price shown in booking.com and email confirmation was not the final price...subsequently tax was added again and charged....no bottled water provided in room was not good...additional amount charged for water also

No bottled water provided in room. Additional charge for water was taken. Room was booked through booking.com app but price received in bookibg confirmation was excluding tax...so customer is unaware of total price. Hotel ambience is poor, no proper reception area, looks like a commercial building...but price charged is like 4 star hotel ...no facilities...no gym...no swimming pool...no parking....so price charged for rooms is too high as hotel is basic...

Seemed a new property hence was clean in all aspects loved it
