breakfast was tasty but very limited with two types of pastries, a few rolls, cereals and drinks, staff was helpful when available, internet is free but does not fully cover the room so you might find that your bed is a WiFi dead zone or week signal.

Checked in to find my room dirty, beds were used, trash on the floor, dirty bathroom, it seems the keepers forgot to clean it, they had no more free rooms and nobody to clean it as it was around 3am when I arrived, so I had to request a clean sheet and pillow to throw on top of the bed to sleep, the location is odd, behind a petrol station in a highway, the rooms are exceptionally big but empty so it echoes quite a lot, typical outdated hotel with old style furniture that needs maintenance, my chair in room 107 was missing screws and had a cracked leg, wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night as it not in Porto and you cannot walk anywhere and with Uber costs on top you might as well try something closer to the city

Ouve se todos os ruídos de uns quartos para os outros. O colchão precisa de ser renovado e as almofadas também.

Absolutamente de nada

Acho indecente e vergonhoso pagar um serviço que é péssimo. O ar condicionado não aquece o quarto, tendo passado frio. Uma única tomada no quarto junto à janela. A tomada da casa de banho danificada, o chuveiro danificado. Se não têm condições para ser um hotel minimamente confortável, fechem o hotel ou façam obras, porque pagar o valor cobrado pelo aluguer de um quarto nas condições em que se encontra, é um roubo.
