JEclose to the bike park and a walk to Merthyr. Secure bike storage, cleaning and workshop. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
GBGreat location for Bike Park Wales - less than 10 mins drive. Off road parking directly behind house. Very secure outbuilding to store bikes (we had 3 but room for more), hose and brush etc so cleaning bikes very easy. A few tools, pumps, etc was appreciated. Aldi supermarket 10-15 minute walk. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. House was comfortable, warm and had a few basic supplies (coffee, tea and plenty of toilet rolls!) plus decent selection of crockery, cooking utensils etc
A bit of a walk to the main town bars and restaurants, but taxis were easy to book so no issue. Blinds in the bedrooms let a lot of light in - darker or black out blinds would be an improvement.
GBLocation was perfect! Facilities were perfect!
My only criticism was the fact there wasn’t a single mirror upstairs…. I imagine it’s mostly men that stay and they don’t need them but I’d have definitely appreciated one whilst getting ready!
